Sprouts are known as sprouted grains. These are sprouted seeds of grains or legumes, which have been included in a nutritious diet. In Naturopathy i.e. natural medicine, sprouted grains are known as medicines. Experts also believe that eating sprouts in the morning does not cause a deficiency of protein in the body and provides essential nutrients. Sprouts are rich in nutrients. Sprouted grains i.e. sprouts are seeds from which small sprouts begin to emerge. This germination process usually begins by soaking grains or seeds for several hours. When sprouted, the starch found in grains - glucose, fructose and maltose - turns into sugars. This not only enhances the taste of the grain, but also enhances its nutrients and digestive properties. This is why sprouted grains are considered more nutritious than whole grains.

Keep in mind that there is moisture in the clothes, if it is not there, then spraying water from time to time. The next day the grains you wet will sprout. Seeds are easier to germinate in the summer season than in the winter season. With this process you can prepare a sprouted diet every day.

How to Eat Sprouts


While soaking sprouts, keep in mind that there is no mite in the grain.
Wash the sprouts thoroughly with water before eating, this will clear the fungus or pesticide particles on the grain.
Frying sprouts in oil destroys their nutritional value, so if you want to eat it by cooking it, then cook it on steam.
  • Eating sprouted grains for a long time usually causes two types of bacteria E. coli and salmonella to spread.
  • If the sprouted grains have been kept for several days, then check them before eating, do not forget to eat them even if they are yellow and smelly, you can fall ill.
  • It is better to buy sprouts at home than buying sprouts available in the market.

Disadvantages of eating sprouted grains - Side Effects of Sprouts



Although sprouted grains are very beneficial for our health, but too much of everything is bad. There may also be some damage if high amounts of sprouts are consumed. Eating more sprouts can lead to problems such as stomach cramps and diarrhea. Do not consume sprouts if you are a patient of gastritis, diarrhea, gastric ulcer or pancreatitis.

Conclusion: Sprouts i was mainly believe this is one of the good source of protein, Specially for the guys who don't take protein from animal source.

I believe consuming sprouts can help you out to start you day as healthy diet.

As i mention eating sprouts great benefits also but over consumption have some side effects  also.
